Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Pick-up from Entebbe/Kampala hotel or airport
Drive to Murchison Falls with stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary (optional rhino tracking)
Lunch en route
Overnight at a midrange lodge near or inside the park

Day 2: Game Drive & Boat Safari to the Falls

Morning game drive on the northern bank: see elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalo, hartebeest
Afternoon boat cruise along the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls
Optional hike to the top of the falls
Dinner and overnight at the same lodge

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Par

Early breakfast and scenic drive to Kibale through tea plantations and crater lakes
Lunch en route
Overnight at a midrange lodge near Kibale Forest

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk

Morning chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest – walk with rangers through tropical rainforest
Afternoon guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland – excellent for birdwatchers and primates
Overnight at the same lodge

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park – Game Drive

Drive south to Queen Elizabeth NP via Fort Portal and Rwenzori ranges
Lunch en route
Evening game drive in Kasenyi Plains
Overnight at a midrange lodge near the park

Day 6: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Early morning game drive: elephants, lions, antelopes, leopards
Afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel: hippos, crocodiles, and stunning birdlife
Optional visit to Katwe salt lake
Overnight at the same lodge

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – Gorilla Region

Breakfast and transfer through Ishasha (chance to see tree-climbing lions)
Scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Dinner and overnight at a midrange lodge near the gorilla tracking area

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking – Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi or Departure

Early breakfast and transfer to park headquarters
Gorilla trekking with certified guide (1–6 hrs trekking; 1 hr with gorillas)
After trekking, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation or back to Kampala/Entebbe (depending on time & flight schedule)
